Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, to quash the First Information Report in crime No.440 of 2024 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Vellakoil Police Station, Tiruppur District, for the offences under Sections 4(1)(A) & 4(1)(c) of the Tamilnadu Prohibition (Amendment) Act.

This petition is filed praying to quash the proceedings in crime No.440 of 2024 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Vellakoil Police Station, Tiruppur District, registered for the offences under Sections 4(1)(A) & 4(1)(c) of the Tamilnadu Prohibition (Amendment) Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
