O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.12 of 2014 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Initially, the case was registered as Crime No.12 of 2014 by the Inspector of Police, W-29, All Women Police Station, Avadi. Thereafter, for want of jurisdiction, the case has been now transferred to the file of Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Tiruvallur and it has been re-registered as Crime No.3 of 2015. This quash application has been filed for quashing Crime No.12 of 2014 pending on the file of All Women Police Station, Avadi.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that after the case was transferred to All Women Police Station, Tiruvallur, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

investigation has been completed and Final Report has been filed on 14.07.2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Tiruvallur.

5. Under such circumstances, the learned Judicial MagistrateII, Tiruvallur is directed to pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law on the Final Report filed by the police. With the above direction, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies in a manner known to law.
