This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2026.

2. When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition, since the petitioner's representation was disposed of by the respondent by virtue of the order dated 29.04.2026. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.
