This petition has been filed to implead the Settlement Officer cum Deputy Collector, North Taluk Office, Coimbatore, Coimbatore District as eighth respondent in the writ petition.

The learned Government Pleader (i/c.) takes notice on behalf of the proposed eighth respondent and he has no objection to the Settlement Officer cum Deputy Collector, North Taluk Office, Coimbatore, Coimbatore District, being added as party respondent.

In view of the above, this petition is allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
