2. This Application has been filed seeking to delete the name of the 2nd plaintiff Mr.P.N.Bajaj from the list of plaintiffs in the suit. In the affidavit filed in support of the said application, it has been stated, that the 2nd plaintiff unfortunately died on 02.08.2020. His surviving legal heirs are the 3rd plaintiff, 4th plaintiff and the 2nd defendant and also two other daughters. It had been stated that the 2nd plaintiff was a Director of the 1st plaintiff.
3. Deletion of his name in the cause title would not prejudice any of the parties.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the defendants and also the learned counsel for the plaintiffs.
5. In view of the fact that by deleting the name of the 2nd plaintiff Mr.P.N.Bajaj in the cause title, there would not be any substantial 1/2 http://www.judis.nic.in

rri shift in the cause of action or in the nature of the case, this application is allowed.
6. Registry may therefore delete the name of Mr.P.N.Bajaj shown as 2nd plaintiff from the list of plaintiffs in the suit.
