(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) We are already seized of the issue of the Mahamaham festival in Kumbakonam in a petition filed by the petitioner himself which is scheduled to be held on 26.02.2006 and this is the second petition qua the same temple. The contention of the petitioner is that the present petition relates to tanks which would be utilized for the holy dip.

2.We are not inclined to maintain separate petitions for each aspect of the temple and that is the matter for the respondents/ authorities to look into. In examining the issue relating to arrangements for 26.02.2016, the respondents would naturally look into this aspect also.

3. The writ petition accordingly stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS III) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar ksr To 1.The Chief Secretary, Government of Tamil Nadu Secretariat, Chennai 9.
