In Crl.M.P.Nos.15045 and 15047 of 2017, this Court by order dated 04.12.2017, has suspended the sentence and released the petitioner on bail on various conditions, one of which is that, the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. pending disposal of the revision cases. For modifying the aforesaid condition, the petitioner has filed the present petitions.

2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent.

3.In the opinion of this Court, the aforesaid condition cannot be completely modified, because the petitioner must be available for undergoing the sentence in the event of these revision cases being dismissed. After all, this Court has directed appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court only once a month. Hence, the prayer of the petitioner for complete relaxation cannot be granted. However, if the petitioner is not able to appear before the trial Court on a particular day, he shall make arrangements to file an application under Section 317 Cr.P.C. and shall appear before the trial Court on any other day in lieu of the date of his absence, as directed by the trial Court.
