This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.15774 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.23621of 2022 by this Court vide order dated 19.10.2022.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the final report has also been filed. He further submitted that now the case is pending committal in P.R.C.No.125 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Chengalpattu. He also submitted that the case now stands posted for appearance of the accused on 05.06.2023.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.15774 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.23621of 2022 vide order dated 19.10.2022 is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Chengalpattu, in connection with P.R.C.No.125 of 2022 on 05.06.2023 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Magistrate.
