This application has been filed by the petitioner seeking to implead the Junior Engineer, Public Works Department, Chetty Street, Uthukottai Taluk, Tiruvallur District as respondent No.8 in the writ petition.

Mr.S.N.Parthasarathy, learned Government Advocate taking notice on behalf of the proposed respondent No.8, states that he has no objection to this application being allowed.

In view of the above, this application is allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the writ petition.
