[Order of the Court was made by T.RAJA, J.,] This petition has been filed to implead the petitioner/proposed party as 127th respondent in the above W.A.No.660 of 2010.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner unfortunately died during the pendency of this petition. Hence, he sought permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition and to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased.

3.In view of the above, this petition stands dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty to the petitioner to implead the legal heirs of the deceased.
