This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the application submitted by the petitioner dated 11.09.2020 wherein the petitioner has sought for survey of the property and for the issuance of patta by clubbing two survey fields under a single patta.

2. Mr.T.Mani Gopi, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the first respondent has already fixed a date for enquiry on 20.11.2020 at 03.00 P.M. The learned counsel further submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the first respondent has already fixed a date for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to complete the process strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
