Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Section 226 of Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to survey the land bearing Survey No.65/8, Punjai Hectare 0.32.0 measuring 0.80 cents situate in Thamaraikoyampatti Village, SRO Harur and Registration District of Dharmapuri along with police aid on the part of the respondents 4 and 5.

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner, wherein, the petitioner has sought https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for survey of the property.

2. Mr.Annai Ezhil,learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 submitted that the 2nd respondent has already fixed the date for survey on 15.10.2020 at 10 a.m. Learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of survey along with all the relevant documents. Learned counsel further submitted that the survey will be completed within the time fixed by this court. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 2nd respondent has already fixed a date for survey, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the process within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
