C.M.P.No.13247 of 2021 in S.A.SR.No.65945 of 2019 P.T.ASHA, J, This application has been filed to permit the petitioner for condoning the delay of 286 days for payment of deficit Court fee in the above Second Appeal.

2.Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the delay of 286 days is condoned for payment of deficit Court fee of Rs.4,001/- in the above unnumbered appeal.

3.Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order.
