issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records in Cr.M.P.No.26/GOONDA/2025 dated 09.04.2025 on the file of the District Magistrate and District Collector, Tiruppur District, Tiruppur, the second respondent herein and quash the same as illegal and direct the respondents to produce the detenu Bharathkumar, S/o.Krishnan, aged about 25 years, now confined at Central Prison, Coimbatore, before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
