When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner that, in the meantime, the first respondent has passed order dated 31.05.2018 disapproving the scheme regarding renewal for admission of 4th Batch against the increased intake i.e. from 150 to 250 at the petitioner for the academic year 2018-2019. Learned Senior Counsel further submitted that the petitioner will have to challenge the said order dated 31.05.2018. Therefore, without prejudice to the grounds raised in the present Writ Petition and with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order dated 31.05.2018, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
