This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 18 days in filing the criminal revision case against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.2231 of 2021, dated 09.08.2021 on the file of the Learned District and Sessions Judge, Nagapattinam.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 18 days in filing the revision in Crl.R.C.SR.No.26689 of 2022 is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the Crl.R.C.SR.No.26689 of 2022, if it is otherwise in order.
