W.M.P.No.16193 of 2024 in W.P.No.14921 of 2024 W.M.P.No.16193 of 2024 in W.P.No.14921 of 2024 M.SUNDAR,J., and HEMANT CHANDANGOUDAR, J., (Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR.J.,) Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ['WMP' for the sake of brevity] has been filed with a prayer to dispense with the production of original 'impugned notice dated 17.05.2024 issued by the second respondent' [hereinafter 'impugned notice' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

2. Learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that the original impugned notice is not available with the petitioner and hence, he filed the photocopy of the same in the typed-set of papers. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to a portion of paragraph 6 of the grounds, which reads as follows:

''6. I respectfully submit that the original impugned notice dated 17.05.2024 of the 2nd respondent is not available with the petitioner. Hence, he has filed true xerox copy of the same in the typed set of the papers. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case on hand and taking note of the nature of the matter, aforementioned reason is accepted.
