O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for the records in C.C.No.4543 of 2007 on the file of the IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai - 600 015 and quash the same.

2. It is submitted that, pending Criminal Original Petition, the petitioner and the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant have amicably resolved the dispute among themselves.

3. Both the learned counsel have identified the de-facto complainant, who is present before this Court today. In order to identify the petitioners and defacto-complainant, they have https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

submitted the photo copies of their Aadhar Cards viz.,1.K.Senthilnathan - 518104701296, 2.Sakunthala - 851200325882, 3.Balaji @ Shanmuganathan - 907438552034, 4.Surendar @ Arumainathan - 233188762566 and 5.S.Jaichitra - 712826788812 and after verification of the original, the same are recorded.

4. Today, an Affidavit dated 14.12.2017 was also filed by the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant to the effect that she has no objection to allow the petition filed by the petitioners/Accused 1 to 4 in Crl.O.P.No. 19034 of 2014 by quashing the final report in C.C.No.4543 of 2007(on the file of the IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai - 15).

5. Recording the same, the proceedings in C.C.No.4543 of 2007 on the file of the IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai - 600 015 is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
