ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 18.12.2009 passed in WP.No.24868 of 2008.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court dated 18.12.2009 has been complied with. They have also produced a copy of the proceedings of the Municipal Engineer-cumCommissioner (i/c), Namakkal Municipality in Na.Ka.No.5448/2010/C1 dated 07.10.2013 to that effect.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel on either side, the contempt petition is closed.
