3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner/husband has filed O.P.No.3231 of 2011 on the file of Family Court, Chennai, seeking divorce. Respondent/wife has filed M.C.No.49 of 2015 on the file of learned I Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai, seeking maintenance. The present revision has been filed seeking early disposal of O.P.No.3231 of 2011. The Civil Revision Petition shall stand disposed of with a direction to learned Judge, I Additional Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of both O.P.No.3231 of 2011 and M.C.No.49 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible. No costs.
