This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1349 days in filing the Restoration Petition in W.P.No.29361 of 2015 dated 25.09.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. On perusal of the records, it is seen that the delay is enormous and there is no sufficient reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition to condone such enormous delay.

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
