Common Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent herein to dispose the representation dated 24.04.2019, submitted by the writ petitioner along with other parents, with reference to the amended Article 106 class D(ii) in proceeding No.F.110362/02/2017-18/KVS (Acad)/CBSE Result dated 05.06.2018 of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, (Min. of HRD. Deptt. Of Education, Govt. of India, New Delhi) so as to enable the ward of the writ petitioner to have the reexamination in XI standard in the failed subjects either in the same school or any other CBSE School, within the stipulated period, prescribed by this Court.

The above Writ Petitions are filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the 1st respondent herein to dispose of the representation dated 24.04.2019, submitted by the writ petitioners along with other parents, with reference to the amended Article 106 class D(ii) in proceeding No.F.110362/02/2017-18/KVS (Acad)/CBSE Result dated 05.06.2018 of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, (Min. of HRD. Deptt. Of Education, Govt. of India, New Delhi) so as to enable the ward of the writ petitioner to have the reexamination in XI standard in the failed subjects either in the same school or any other CBSE School, within the stipulated period, prescribed by this Court.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have restricted their prayer and seek to issue a direction to the Deputy Commissioner to pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents have considered the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and further submitted that the 1st respondent will pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of two weeks.
5. In view of the above, without expressing any views on the matter, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the 1st respondent to pass orders on the representation dated 24.04.2019, within a period of two weeks from the date receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law.
6. The petitioners are directed to send a fresh representation along with order copy of this Court to the first respondent to pass appropriate orders.
