Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the entire records pertaining to the tender floated by the respondents herein for selection of Management Operator for Operation, Upgradation, Maintenance & Management of Cultural and Convention Complex in Puducherry in Tender Ref.No.6925/Tourism/U5/2022 with Tender ID : 2022_DoT_10814_1 dated 06.08.2022 read with corrigendum No.6925/Tourism/U5/2022 dated 19.12.202 and Memorandum No.6925/Tourism/U5/2022 dated 14.04.2023 issued by the 2nd respondent herein and all other consequential proceedings and quash the same and to properly conduct and finalize the Tender in accordance with the directions rendered by this Court in order dated 12.01.2023 in WMP No.1175 of 2023 in W.P.No.1156 1/4

of 2023 in a transparent and proper manner keeping in mind the interest of the Government of Puducherry and Members of the Public. For Petitioner :

ORDER

Mr.I.Kabilan, learned counsel, who represents Mr.M.Ravi, learned counsel on record, states that the petitioner does not wish to pursue this writ petition and an endorsement is made to this effect. 2.

Mr.Tamilvanan, learned Additional Government Pleader (Pondy) appears for the respondent states that the impugned tender is in the process of finalization, particularly seeing as, vide order dated 26.04.2024 in W.P.No.1156 of 2023, the Court has directed the respondents to complete all procedures and proceed with the execution of the work.

Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
