ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 10.01.2023, wherein the petitioner has sought for the cancellation of the patta that stands in the name of the 4th and 5th respondents and to issue patta in the name of the petitioner.

2.Heard Mr.W.M.Abdul Majeed learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Jayachandran, learned Government Advocate for R1 to R3. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 10.01.2023 and pass orders on its own merits after affording opportunity to the private respondents within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 2 / 4
