and M.P.No.1 of 2011 J.SATHYA NARAYANA PRASAD, J.

This matter is listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the second respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that the junior counsel, who has appeared before this Court on the date of hearing, inadvertently mentioned that the second respondent is no more. Hence, he prayed that this Court may direct the petitioner/Corporation to settle all the benefits to the second respondent, instead of settling the same to the legal heirs of the second respondent. Accordingly, the following corrections shall be incorporated in the order, "14. In the result, this writ petition stands dismissed, the order passed by the first respondent/Labour Court in I.D.No.38 of 2007 dated 19.07.2007 is hereby confirmed and the petitioner/Corporation is directed to settle all the benefits to the second respondent viz., Shri.M.Shiva Bhushanam, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order" Thereby, he would request that the said portion of the order may be corrected and copy may be issued accordingly.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections in the order and issue corrected order copy.
