O R D E R

The petitioner has filed a writ petition challenging the proceedings NA.KA.No.11639/U2/2019 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to reimburse the medical expenses of Rs.1,81,187/-.

2. This court by its order dated 07.11.2019 allowed the writ petition and directed the fourth respondent to examine the claim made by the petitioner for medical reimbursement and disburse the eligible amount 1/3

towards the same.

3. In compliance with the order of this court, the State Government has passed a GO.No.316 dated 18.05.2021 and granted a sum of Rs.2,830/- as eligible amount and the same has been forwarded to the fourth respondent. The fourth respondent has sanctioned the said amount to the petitioner. However, considering the said amount was very meagre, the petitioner has not received the same. Hence, the petitioner has approached this court by way of filing contempt petition.

4. Considering the fact and circumstances of the case, this Court has issued a direction to consider the claim of the petitioner and disbursed the eligible amount and not issued any positive direction and not quantified any amount.

5. In view of the above, the order of this court has complied with. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
