When the matter was taken up, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous, since the impugned auction sought to be made had not taken place. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the subsequent auction notice, if so advised. Consequently, the interim order stands vacated and the W.M.P.Nos.17649 & 17650 of 2016 are also dismissed.
