This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the proposed appellants 8 to 10 herein as legal representatives of deceased 1st appellant.

2. Ms. R.Meenal, learned counsel for petitioners/appellants submitted that pending appeal, the 1st appellant died on 26.11.2017. Hence, she has filed the above petition.

3. Mr.P.Jagadeesan, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent appeared and raised his formal objections.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, this petition allowed. The proposed legal representatives of the 1st appellant are impleaded as appellants 8 to 10 in the above Second Appeal.
