ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction, directing the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 23.03.2021 seeking allotment of plot in Vellore neighbourhood scheme phase III Sathuvachari Village, Vellore District. 2.
Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.
The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 & 3 submitted that this Court by an order dated 26.02.2018 in W.P.No.30181 of 2013, directed the second respondent to consider the application submitted by the petitioner dated 13.03.2013 on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to all necessary parties. While pending the present writ petition, the representation submitted by the petitioner was considered and passed order thereby rejected the
request made by the petitioner seeking allotment of plot. 4.
Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, this Writ Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order of rejection in the manner known to law, if so advised.
