This petition challenges the order passed by the learned Sub-Division Executive Magistrate-cum-Sub-Collector, Thiruppathur, dated 01.03.2013 in PA.VE.1/A3/2013. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner is no more.

3. This Court perused the order under challenge. The same is passed under Section 144 Cr.P.C. Such an order normally would not survive beyond a period of two months and in any event cannot exceed the period of six months from the date thereof. In the said circumstances, this petition shall stand closed with the observation that the order under challenge will no more be an impediment to the rival parties to work out the rights before the civil forum.
