The petitioner made a request on 24.08.2015 seeking to demarcate the property as per the Partition Deed in Document No.3341 of 2010 dated 26.04.2010 and consequently issue a separate patta. As the said request has not been considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the above, a direction is issued to the respondent no.3 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the pending representation within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to 3rd parties.
