The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under sections 294(b), 354 B, 366, 376 and 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prevention of Women from Harassment Act, in Crime No.526 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and seeks anticipatory bail.

2.This is the second anticipatory bail application. The earlier application filed by the petitioner was dismissed only on 13.08.2015.

Hence, I do not find any ground to consider this application and accordingly this criminal original petition is dismissed.
