ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 341 and 506(ii) of IPC 1882 and Section 7, 8, 11 and 12 of the Protection Children from Sexual Offences Act-2012 in Crime No.09 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter is came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that during pendency of the investigation, the accused was secured. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
