The petitioner gave a representation on 06.01.2014 to the respondent no.1 stating that in the "A" Register with respect to Patta No.122 in Survey No.509/2J an entry has been made wrongly in the name of a 3rd party as against the petitioner. Pursuant to the said representation, the respondent no.1, in and by the proceedings dated 16.01.2014, directed the respondent no.2 to conduct an enquiry, take appropriate action and send a report after informing the same to the petitioner. The petitioner also gave a further representation by way of a remainder on 27.02.2014. On receipt of the remainder of the petitioner, once again the respondent no.1 has directed the respondent no.2 to file the report. Despite the same, as no further action is forthcoming, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Considering the above, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to file the report after conducting an enquiry as directed by the respondent no.1 in and by the proceedings https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

On receipt of the report, the respondent no.1 shall pass appropriate final orders within a period of four weeks thereafter. It is made clear that the respondents will have to follow the principles of natural justice while disposing of the representation by affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as to the 3rd party, in whose name patta stands as of now. 3.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
