ORDER

This Contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for willful disobedience of the order dated 23.01.2019 passed in Crl.O.P.No.1665 of 2019.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondent police is now willing to conduct an enquiry based on the materials submitted by the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will place all the relevant materials before the respondent police and co-operate for the enquiry. 4.In view of the above development, this Contempt petition is closed and there shall be a direction to the respondent police to conduct a fresh enquiry based on the materials placed by the petitioner and thereafter implement the orders passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1665 of 2019, dated 23.01.2019.
