ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent herein to register the case on the complaint dated 27.07.2020.

2.The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner lodged a complaint on 27.07.2020, thereafter, CSR was assigned, but no action has been taken. Hence, the above petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that on the complaint of the petitioner, CSR assigned. Both the parties were called for enquiry and thereafter, the case was closed. Hence, they were advised to approach the appropriate Court and he further submits that the closure report is yet to be served to the petitioner.

4.In view of the same, this Court directs the respondent police to serve the closure report to the petitioner. With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
