Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the 1st respondent notification proceedings in Se.Ve.No.78 dated 25.09.2020 and quash the same in respect of aided

primary School, Pudhukuppam DM (3rd respondent School) and directing the 1st respondent to consider my application dated 06.02.2017 to appoint the petitioner as a noon meal organizer at aided primary school, Pudhukuppam DM (3rd respondent School) Virudhachalam town & taluk, Cuddalore district.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the notification issued by the first respondent dated 25.09.2020, in order to appoint the petitioner as Noon Meal Organizer, Cook and Assistant.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Pending writ petition, the said notification was withdrawn. However, the grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner got selected for the post of Noon Meal Organizer as per the notification of the year 2017 and so far the respondents did not appoint the petitioner as Noon Meal Organizer.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a representation before the second respondent. On receipt of such representation, the second respondent is directed to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law.
