ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner/defacto complainant to direct the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Krishnagiri to dispose of the Calendar Case in C.C.No.157 of 2016 on its file within the time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter came up before this Court on 02.06.2025, this Court had directed the Registry to call for report from the trial Court since the C.C. is of the year 2016.

3. Accordingly, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Krishnagiri has sent a report dated 13.06.2025 through the Registry.

4. A reading of the report shows that A1/second respondent died and so far the prosecution has not produced the death certificate of A1.

5. In view of the above, the Investigating Officer is directed to appear before the trial Court Magistrate on 27.06.2025 and produce the death certificate of A1. In turn, the learned Magistrate is directed to receive and 2/5

record the same and proceed the case further as against the other accused and dispose of the matter in accordance with law as early as possible.

6. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
