2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the cases in Crime Nos.676 and 677 of 2010, after completion of investigation, were referred as 'Mistake of Fact' https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
vide RCS No.14 of 2010 dated 29.12.2010.
3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petitions are closed.
