ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner from his peaceful living.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner is doing Real Estate business for the past 15 years in the name of M/s.Sharvasri Enterprises and he has got no case till the year 2019. Thereafter, he has come into the adverse notice of the respondent. On the other hand, the respondent citing the provision of case had been unnecessarily using and the petitioner calling at odd hours.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the petitioner being a history sheeter in H.S.No.1 of 2019 in Crime No.281 of 2019, for the offence under Sections 420, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

465, 468 and 471 of IPC, bail was granted to him and one of the conditions is that the petitioner should appear before the respondent police as and when required. Further the above case has transferred to the file of the CCB on 20.08.2009. The petitioner is a history sheeter and his whereabouts are to known and verified and it cannot be termed as harassment.

4. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Criminal Original Petition.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
