ORDER

These petitions have been filed for a direction to the Court below to furnish the certified copy of the complaint filed by the respondent against the petitioner.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that Non Bailable Warrant was issued against the petitioner in all the complaints filed by the respondent and the petitioner approached this Court, seeking for anticipatory bail. This Court by an order dated 23.05.2019 has passed necessary directions and ensured that the petitioner is not arrested on her return to India. Therefore, the liberty of the petitioner is safeguarded.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the memo of appearance has already been filed on behalf of the petitioner and in spite of the same, certified copy of the complaint has not been furnished to the counsel. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the limited scope of this petition, there shall be a direction to the Court below to furnish the counsel for the petitioner, the certified copy of the complaint filed by the respondent.

5. These Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of with the above directions.
