2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation has already been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.75 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruporur.

3. Since no adverse order is being passed against the second respondent, notice to the second respondent is dispensed with.
