This Petition has been filed under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, seeking a direction to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 06.06.2014.
2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.
3. Considering the fact that the incident alleged to have been taken place on 06.06.2014 and the complaint was made against the brother-in-law of the petitioner and having regard to the nature of allegation made which appears to be trivial in nature, this petition is dismissed.
