ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondent/Police for the production of body of the petitioner's wife D.Suganya, aged 30 years, before this Court and set her at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed by the husband of the detenue.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the detenue was present before the respondent/Police for enquiry. The enquiry was conducted in the presence of the petitioner. The detenue has expressed her willingness to go with the person of her choice. Accordingly, the petitioner himself withdrew the complaint. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
