ORDER

By consent of the learned counsel on either side, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal. The learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the 2nd https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 20.04.2021 and issue order of appropriate appointment to the petitioner under compassionate ground, within a time frame.

This Court heard the submissions of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

This Court considering the limited prayer sought for in this Writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 20.04.2021, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner herein.

With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
