PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarifed mandamus, to call for the records made in impugned order No.932/Tha.P.2/2018-1 dated 22.06.2018 on the file of the respondent herein and quash the same as illegal and direct the respondent to grant permission the petitioner Organisation to held public demonstration on 28.06.0218 between 4.00 p.m to 6.00 p.m at Valluvarkottam, Chennai 600 034.
