This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 35 days for preferring the above criminal revision against the order in Crl.M.P.No.2439 of 2024, dated 09.12.2024 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No I, Tindivanam.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 35 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
