The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.0168 of 2026 has been registered for the offences under Sections 191 (2), 296 (b), 74, 118 (1) and 351 (2) of BNS, 2023, and the same is under investigation. Hence, nothing survives in this petition for consideration.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
