This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the First Information Report in compliance with the order dated 13.02.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.1721 of 2025 passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate / Additional Mahila Court, Perambalur.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.0168 of 2026 has been registered for the offences under Sections 191 (2), 296 (b), 74, 118 (1) and 351 (2) of BNS, 2023, and the same is under investigation. Hence, nothing survives in this petition for consideration.
4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
