O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.04.2024, within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials available on record.

3. According to the petitioner, after the demise of her father, all the legal heirs, including the petitioner, are entitled to the properties owned by her father. However, patta was illegally issued in favour of the 4th respondent and other several persons, in respect of the lands in S.Nos.132/1, 132/3, 132/4, 43/1D, 43/10, 43/3, 43/12, 43/15B and 43/16 in Kovoor, Thiruvannamalai Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District. Seeking 2/4

cancellation of the same, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents 1 to 3 on 18.04.2024 and no action has been taken by the respondents 1 to 3, so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

4. Considering the limited relief sought in this writ petition, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.04.2024 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after hearing all the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner's father, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 07.06.2024 gya Index : Yes/No 3/4
