Learned counsel for the petitioner made an endorsement indicating that he is withdrawing the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to file a review petition before the learned District Judge, Family Court at Pondicherry. According to the learned counsel, there was no hearing conducted by the learned Judge, Family Court at Puducherry before passing the order dated 26.2.2016. It was only under the said circumstances, the petitioner has not pressed this Civil Revision Petition with liberty to move the trial court.
